Good watch, slight app issues

I bought the Series R Assist 4G Kids Smartwatch for my daughter a few weeks ago. The watch itself is pretty solid, feels durable enough for a kid. Cellular calling and video chat work as advertised, which is the main reason I got it. Real-time tracking is mostly accurate, though sometimes it takes a minute to update. I also signed up for the Monthly Cellular Subscription, which was easy enough. My only real gripe is the app; it's a bit clunky to navigate and sometimes disconnects for no reason. Not a deal-breaker, but it could definitely use some improvement. Shipping was pretty quick, got it in about 5 days.

Great features, easy setup

I got the Angel Watch 4G GPS Video Phone Watch for my daughter and I'm really happy with it. Ordering from the website was simple enough, and they had a clear description of all the features. It arrived in about 5 days, well-packaged. Setting up the SIM Card Starter Kit and linking it to the Angel Watch App was surprisingly easy; the instructions were clear and helpful. The real-time location tracking is a lifesaver, and I appreciate that it doesn't have social media access. She can call us, and we can call her, which gives us both peace of mind. The battery life has been decent too, usually lasting a full day with moderate use. I even added a Protective Bumper Case, and it fits perfectly.

Good watch, slow delivery

I picked up the Series R Assist Health & Safety Watch for Seniors for my dad. The watch itself seems robust, and the video chat works well for our family calls. The setup was fairly straightforward with the Angel Watch App. My only real complaint was that it took 6 days to get here in Washington state, which felt a bit long. Value for the money is definitely there though.

Reliable watch, good service

I ordered another Series R Assist 4G Kids Smartwatch for my youngest, having bought one for my older son last year. The process was smooth, just like before. Delivery took about 5 days, which is standard for them. The watch works great, tracking is accurate. It's why I keep coming back, always consistent.

Fantastic watch, peace of mind!

I bought the Angel Watch 4G GPS Video Phone Watch and I am so glad I did! The peace of mind it gives me is incredible. My son loves being able to call me anytime, and I love knowing exactly where he is. The video calls are clear, and the sound quality is good. This watch is everything I needed and more. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Love the senior watch!

Got the Series R Assist Health & Safety Watch for Seniors for my grandma and it's a lifesaver! The video chat feature is so clear, and I can check her location anytime. Setting up the app was super easy too. I'm telling everyone about this, it's really given us peace of mind!

Good price, slow delivery

I picked up the Angel Watch 4G GPS Video Phone Watch during a holiday sale. The discount was pretty good, saved me a decent amount. I also added a Protective Bumper Case for less since it was bundled. The watch itself is solid, works as advertised, but shipping was a bit slow; it took 8 days to get to me in California. I understand it was a busy time, but still a little longer than I hoped. Overall, for the price I paid, I can't complain much.

Consistent and reliable

I ordered another Series R Assist 4G Kids Smartwatch for my youngest this time. It was just as good as the first two watches I bought last year. Shipping was quick, and the setup process was smooth since I already had the app. It's great knowing I can always count on Angel Watch.
